A recovery pin can take up to 48 hours since this is a manual process and this request is forwarded to our security team.

After you've received the recovery PIN, you can use it for any transaction that requires a PIN. However it is strongly advised to change it to one of your own choosing. You PIN can then be changed per the following guide:
