Please follow these steps in order to create a wallet via email;
Visit https://wallet.venly.io/
Press "Create Account"
Select the social of your choice
You will receive a code via email, enter this code when asked to provide it
Choose a PIN and enter it twice (Here's a link with more info on a PIN code)

Login to your wallet
Select the blockchain and your wallet
The wallet address (or public key) can be seen in the right top corner of your screen, it can also be copied there by pressing the copy icon

Select the wallet you want to export.
Go to advanced settings (Gear icon ⚙️, in the top right corner).
Scroll down to the section: Export Wallet
Choose a password to protect your export file (which is a password protected encrypted keystore)

Performing a transaction on a blockchain, whether it's on Ethereum, Polygon or on Binance Smart Chain or any other blockchain, involves paying a transaction fee. That is how blockchains work, Venly does not charge a fee here.
For Ethereum, to be able to transfer ETH, tokens or NFTs you'll need to pay some ETH (gas). Therefore you need to load your wallet with ETH. For more info on gas estimates: https://etherscan.com/ or https://ethgasstation.info/

Sometimes users send MATIC / ETH / BNB as a token on another blockchain instead of on the native blockchain (i.e. Polygon for MATIC, Ethereum for ETH and Binance Smart Chain for BNB).
